10 ounces container store-bought hummus (or ~2 1/2 cups homemade hummus), 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped, 1 Large English cucumber, chopped, 1/2 cup Kalamata or Castelvetrano olives, chopped, 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese, 2-3 Green onions, thinly sliced, To taste, drizzle of olive oil, To taste, sprinkle of paprika or smoked paprika
Preparation Spread the hummus into a shallow 8 to 10-inch round dish. Layer with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and green onions. Drizzle with olive oil and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with whole wheat pita bread.
