Recipe Ingredients

4 cups of canned garbanzos, drained (reserve liquid), 1/2 teaspoon olive oil , 1 tablespoon garlic, minced, 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini paste, 3/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup garbanzo liquid or 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Follow the prep technique next to each ingredient. In a food processor place the drained garbanzo beans with the rest of the ingredients and purée, adding liquid until smooth.
