Recipe Ingredients

4 cups carrots, bias cut, 1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil , 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted, 1/2 teaspoon fine ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 Nonstick cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

Follow the prep technique next to each ingredient. Pre-heat oven to 350˚F. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Spread carrots in a single layer on baking sheet pan prepared with cooking spray. Roast carrots 25 to 30 minutes, turning carrots once until golden brown or caramelized.
