Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 4 1/2 cups 1% milk, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds

Cooking Instructions

Place oatmeal in a saucepan with the milk and let it rest for 5 minutes. Bring the milk to a rapid simmer, add spices and honey, and lower the heat. Whisk until almost thick, add the pumpkin puree, and cook through. Serve and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
