Recipe Ingredients

1 block firm tofu, 1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper in adobo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 1/4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 2 pinches nutmeg, 6 tablespoons nonfat yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.
