Recipe for Creole Spiced Marinated Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) chicken breast, 1/4 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander, 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, chopped, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, nonstick cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

Follow the prep technique next to each ingredient.   Preheat oven to 350˚F.   Blend all ingredients together and marinade with the chicken at least 3 hours before cooking. Place chicken on a prepared sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper. Roast chicken for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
